What we’re all about

Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up, which will include a full physical exam. One of our doctors will check the health of your pet from nose to tail and administer any vaccinations.

Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our veterinary hospital. If you do not have a copy of this information, you can call your previous veterinary clinic to request a file transfer. Your pet’s file is protected as a medical record, so only the owner will be able to request this transfer.

It is best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioural shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important.

In some circumstances, our veterinarians may need to refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as ultrasound, oncology, ophthalmology, or some orthopedic surgery.
