Important Update Regarding COVID-19

As restrictions of the COVID-19 Pandemic ease in Alberta, we are so excited to welcome you back into the clinic. The health and safety of our staff have always been our greatest priority. With this in mind, the following protocols are in place:

  • Before entering the clinic, please stop at the hand sanitizing station to sanitize your hands and sign the guest book.
  • Masks are mandatory for appointments.
  • Only one family member per appointment. (Although we absolutely love to see all of your family, please no children in the building at this time. If you have to bring your children, please call the clinic when you arrive and we will do your appointment/pickup curbside).
  • Maintain 2 meters of social distancing wherever possible. In order to socially distance in the reception area, only three clients are permitted at one time.

Although our doors are open, we are still offering curbside service. If you prefer to have us come out to you instead, please call 403-327-7387 and one of the members of our care team will meet you outside to bring your pet into the building.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
